Painted Glass Boxes

When I started working with stained glass as a medium I wanted, of course, to reinvent the whole process- but I also needed to make money! To satisfy both needs, I came up with my now famous painted glass boxes. They have been hugely popular as gifts, home decor, or just enjoyable objets d'art since 2001. I never use solder, but instead bond all my work with adhesives for a cleaner, contemporary look. Each box is assembled by hand, and meticulously painted with whimsical designs. All edges are carefully ground for smoothness. A mirror is found on the underside of the cover. Our fused glass studio insignia (below) is on the bottom of each piece as a mark of quality and authenticity. They are excellent gifts for birthdays, holiday, bridal parties, teachers, bat mitzvahs, graduations... any reason!
